Dimora Development

Our Story

Two Industries. Generations of Experience. One Investment Vision.

Dimora Development was founded on the belief that combining complementary industry expertise, direct asset ownership, and hands-on operational involvement can create a stronger foundation for long-term investment success.

Our General Partners

Experience Brought Together

Our General Partners bring together two distinct backgrounds: more than 25 years of experience in asset acquisition and the oil and gas industry, alongside a second-generation real estate family with deep roots in property investment, development, and asset management.

Approximately five years ago, these principals joined forces, bringing their respective experience, knowledge, and operational capabilities together. What began as a collaboration evolved into a shared investment philosophy as each partner became increasingly involved in understanding and participating in the other's industry.

Through this exchange of expertise, they recognized an opportunity to approach asset ownership and wealth creation differently.

They observed that real estate and oil and gas, while operating under different economic cycles, possess complementary characteristics. Oil and gas investments can offer the potential for accelerated early cash flow, while real estate provides tangible assets with opportunities for long-term appreciation, recurring income, and wealth preservation.

Rather than treating these industries as separate investment opportunities, the partners began developing an integrated approach designed to leverage the strengths of both, manage their respective challenges, and reinforce their overall asset-building strategy.

The philosophy was simple: own the assets, understand the operations, maintain meaningful control, and allow complementary investments to support a disciplined, long-term approach to wealth creation.

From Our Portfolio to Yours

Bringing the Platform to Market

Over the following years, the partners continued refining and applying this approach to their own investment activities, combining direct ownership, active management, operational experience, and strategic capital allocation.

Recognizing the potential of this investment philosophy beyond their own portfolios, they made the decision to bring the platform to market, creating an opportunity for Limited Partners to invest alongside them.

Today, through Dimora Development and its investment vehicles, Dimora OZ Capital and Dimora Capital, the principals seek to extend this approach to qualified investors, providing access to strategically selected opportunities supported by direct involvement, operational expertise, and an alignment of investment interests.

Investing Alongside Our Partners

Aligned in Long-Term Success

We believe the strongest investment relationships are built when those managing the assets are invested in their long-term success.

Our platform is designed to give Limited Partners the opportunity to participate alongside experienced principals who bring more than capital to an investment. They contribute industry knowledge, direct operational involvement, established relationships, and a commitment to disciplined execution.

At Dimora Development, our objective is not simply to raise capital or manage investments. It is to build, own, operate, and grow tangible assets through an investment philosophy developed from experience and refined through collaboration.

Built on experience. Strengthened through partnership. Designed for long-term value.
